COMMUNITY

At Piedmont Federal Bank, community is at the core of everything we do. We've been financing the dreams of our community for years, embodying the spirit of what it means to be a mutual - working hand in hand for the greater good.

We believe in the power of collaboration, knowing that when we unite, remarkable things can happen. Giving Back isn't just something we do; it's who we are.

Here are some recent highlights:

  • Dress for Success: We initiated a businesswoman mentoring program and organized a successful Coats for Kids campaign, providing warmth to 100 children.
  • Second Harvest Food Bank: Our team members dedicated time each week to volunteer at Second Harvest Food Bank, addressing food insecurity.
  • Forsyth Humane Society: Partnering with the Forsyth Humane Society, we showered love on furry friends, resisting the urge to adopt them all.
  • Stuart and Emma Thomas Trail: We proudly assisted in building the Stuart and Emma Thomas Trail in collaboration with Piedmont Land Conservancy.
  • Mutt Strut & Sneaker Ball: Piedmont Federal sponsored and joined the fun at the Forsyth Humane Society Mutt Strut and the United Way Sneaker Ball.
  • Beyond Sports | Field Day: Teaming up with Fusion Foundation and Beyond Sports NC, we organized Field Day festivities at Kimberly Park and Winston-Salem Prep.
  • YMCA Bright Beginnings: We sponsored the YMCA's Bright Beginnings Program, supporting local Title 1 schoolchildren with back-to-school shopping.
