Here you'll find important information about our location at 2331 Post Road in Plover, a peek into the future, and your invitation to be a part of the conversation.

As you probably know, our office on Post Road has had its share of changes over the years. We’ve worked hard to be mindful of the impact on our members, especially when that impact meant cutting back on services and staff.

Our solemn commitment to you has been, and will always be, to be the best stewards of your hard-earned money. Ultimately, the Simplicity Team along with our Board of Directors, have come to realize that we could improve our service, expand our reach, and make the complex simpler with a Simplicity location in the Plover area that better fits your needs.

The first step will be to list our building for sale and find a new location in the Plover area that has the space, accessibility, and convenience to suit our member’s needs. Then, once the building has been sold, we'll temporarily relocate the small (but mighty) team that currently calls our Post Road office home (more on that below).

It’s exciting, it’s challenging, and we couldn’t ask for better companions than you, our valued members, on this journey. Check out our FAQs below and if you have questions or feedback, fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

FAQs

The totally transparent answer to that is “As soon as it makes sense, but we don’t know a date yet.” Aside from our awesome people who are flexible and could move pretty quickly, there’s quite a lot of technology, furniture, and storage that will need to be accounted for. We also need to work with a realtor to list the building for sale. In fact, it’s likely you’ll see members of the team and others around the building for some time after the staff that works there have moved.

This will be a combination of making room at our Hoover Road location for the folks that see members in person and supporting other team members as they work from home. As you can imagine, we’ve gotten pretty good at working as a hybrid team over the last few years.

This is such a good question, and it goes back to us being good stewards. Changes in transaction numbers, commuter routes, and the business community in the Stevens Point and Plover area, among other things, have left us with a beautiful building that isn’t serving our members as well as we’d like. By getting it ready to sell and listing the property quickly, we have confidence that it will be sold to a great new owner soon, and we can get on with the next chapter and a new home in the Plover Area.
